You will notice that the order form is located at https://id238.securedata.net, this is the secure side of our site. Only the Order Form is located on the secure server. This ensures that the rest of the site is as fast as possible.

Information sent from your computer to the secure web host at https://id238.securedata.net is encrypted so that it can not be understood by anyone attempting to intercept it.

Our web site uses state-of-the-art SSL encryption. This is the technology used to protect confidential information - such as credit card numbers from interception and hacking.

We do not store credit card information on web servers. Information sent to the web server using the secure order page is sent directly to our office using advanced cryptographic technology. At this point it is decrypted and used to process the order. At no time is decrypted credit card information stored in our office computers.

The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself (or a gift recipient) when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order (for example, address information provided to shipping company, payment information to our bank).

Any e-mail addresses we receive are used only to provide status of your order, request order clarifications or provide information specifically requested. We do not use these e-mail addresses to send unsolicited messages nor are they shared with outside parties.

Information you submit on our web site will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form i.e. you will not receive a copy of our newsletter or updates to our peony list unless you specifically request them by registering.
